The balloon garland kit comes with balloons, tools, and instructions.
All balloons are supplied Flat, ready to be inflated. And all balloons are carefully selected from the best quality brands – choice of professionals.

The Silver magic stars are optional.
We recommend using a balloon pump.
*A 20m clear fishing line is recommended and INCLUDED. A 5-meter balloon strip(tape) is also INCLUDED in case you prefer to use that.
**You can choose to include or not include a balloon hand pump.
